Alecya Kathleen Gallaway Obituary (1946 - 2022)

Alecya "Kathy" Gallaway passed away peacefully in her home in Bacliff, Texas on Wednesday, April 6th, 2022. She was born in Marshall, Texas on May 14, 1946. She moved to Houston, TX in the 1970s and rapidly fostered a friend group that surrounded and embraced her. It was this group that insisted she meet a man named Robert "Bob" Gallaway. Bob and Kathy married in a whirlwind of love and unity in June of 1971. Alecya and Robert made their home in Bacliff, TX where they grew their family, strengthened their community, and spread their love together for five decades. She will forever be remembered by her many friends and her loving family.
