AnnieLee Tamborello Sabo Obituary (1926 - 2020)

AnnieLee Tamborello Sabo 93, was born in Houston, TX on September 17, 1926 to Manuel and Josephine Tamborello. She was the youngest of 8 children. While attending an American Legion dance, she met Mike Sabo a World War II Army soldier. AnnieLee and Mike got married December 2, 1944, settling in Southeast Houston. They were married 50 years until his death in 1995. AnnieLee is preceded in death by her parents, all of her siblings, and her husband. She is survived by her two loving daughters Barbara Valentine(Randy) and Debbie Harris, her son-in-law Bob Harris, and her beloved granddaughter Kirstie Harris. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to send a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Laurel Court in Alvin, Texas for taking care of AnnieLee for the past 2 years. She will be greatly missed and remembered for being an amazing mom and grandmother (Momo), and her feisty, witty and humorous personality that stayed with her until the end. There will be a graveside service at Houston National Cemetery.
