Anthony Orso

Anthony James Orso Jr., referred to as T.J. from birth, died unexpectedly and peacefully in his home on June 11. 2024.
Born June 16, 1963, TJ was a man bigger than life, gentle and caring of anyone that crossed his path, He was an auto mechanic most of his life. When he wasn’t at work, he enjoyed racing and working on his race car. May the good Lord bless him as he takes him on this final lap.
He is married to his loving wife of twenty-eight years, Nancy, and to this day affectionately calls her Gorgeous. TJ was born in Syracuse New York and graduated from North Syracuse High School. He moved to League City, Texas in 1985.
He is survived by wife, Nancy Orso; stepdaughter, Kathrine; mother, Alice Hunter of Greenfield Massachusetts; four brothers, James of Groveland MA. John of League City, TX, Mathew of Port Charlotte, FL, and Edmund of Mattydale NY; sister, Anne Marie of Binghamton NY. As well as aunt Mary of League City TX, uncle Jim of Phoenix AZ and several nieces, nephews and many cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Anthony Orso Sr.
A Celebration of Life will be held June 29, 2024 at 2PM at the American Legion S. Mike Lacey Post 554 1650 Hwy 3 S. League City TX 77573. Donations may be made to St. Jude of South Texas
