Arturo Martinez Vega, Jr. Obituary (1981 - 2021)

Arturo Martinez Vega Jr., 'Junior', age 39, passed away on August 8th, 2021. Junior was born on December 7, 1981 to Arturo and Marylou Vega in McKinney, TX. He was a beloved father, son, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He spent his childhood making people laugh and bringing joy to others. His presence and gift of laughter will remain a part of our hearts. Junior is survived by his mother, Maylou Vega; father, Arturo Vega; his only son, Jeremiah Vega; sister, Amalia Vega; brothers, Michael Vega, Gabriel Vega, Lorenzo Vega, Emilio Vega, Jose Vega and his wife Destiny; nephews, Landon Altaan, Jaxxon Vega, and Roman Maberry; niece, Amalia Vega, and many other loving family members and friends. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 21, 2021 from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the Chapel of Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591. Junior's Celebration of Life will follow at 1:00pm.
