Billie Dean Van Horn

Billie Van Horn was a strong woman. She was charismatic, spunky, and never afraid to give her opinion, solicited or not! Billie proved consistently that you can do anything you put your mind to and she passed that strong mentality on to each and every one of her children.
Billie kept an immaculately clean home with pictures of her family everywhere. She loved music, movies, cutting hair, and most of all cooking! She LOVED cooking for her family, friends and basically any gathering where she was able to show off her famous dishes and pies.
She was a dedicated wife to her husband of 32 years and had lifelong Texas friends- she will be missed.
Billie is preceded in death by her husband Stanley Van Horn. Surviving family include sister Cheryl Smith, children Fran and husband Kevin, Tammy, Victoria and husband Bill, Nakeyia, Stanley Van Horn Jr. and wife Veronica Van Horn, 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held in Billie's honor on Saturday,
July 16, from 2-6pm at:

4914 Geraldine St
Seabrook, Texas.
