Bobbie "Honey" Janette Frank, 90, passed away on 12/11/2023 peacefully in her home in Houston, Texas. She was born in Lake Creek, Texas, she was the daughter of Iris and Phleta Richardson.

She graduated from Milby High School in Houston and took numerous college courses while writing her book "Struck by Lightning." She was employed by several banks throughout the Houston area. She retired as a
consultant for small business
administration loans. During her life, she loved to play Yahtzee, travel on cruise ships with her family and friends, and play slots at the casino.

She will be remembered for her love and generosity with all of her family and friends.

She is predeceased by her parents, Iris and Phleta Richardson, brother, Kenny Richardson, son, Terry Frank, daughter, Lisa Frank Hirsch, and granddaughter, Tina Frank.

She is survived by her sons, Donald "Donnie" Frank and Jeff Frank, seven grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren.
