Brad Lee Stevens Obituary (1964 - 2020)

Brad Lee Stevens of San Leon, Texas passed unexpectedly in the early morning hours of Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at the young age of 56. Brad is survived by his parents, Best Friend & Mother of his children Kara, his children Ashton Lee & Kasey Lee Stevens, his Sister & Brother-in-law, Diane & Jeff Lester, Sister-in-law Melinda Stevens, Nephews Cole & Collin Lester, Nieces Summer & Samantha Stevens. He is greeted in heaven by his brother Mark Lee Stevens and both Maternal & Paternal grandparents. Brad was born in Texas City on May 14, 1964 to Robert Lee & Ruth Stevens. After graduating High School in Dickinson, Texas he obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. He spent twenty-four years managing top home centers while helping hundreds of families find affordable homes in the manufactured housing industry. He was a devoted father, friend, & fishermen. He enjoyed cooking on his Green Egg, coaching his son Ashton, playing in the pool with Kasey, boating, and scuba diving around the world. A funeral service will be officiated by Reverend Vivian Shelby and is schedule for Thursday, July 2, 2020 at Carnes Funeral Home located at 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, Texas 77591. The family will receive guests for a visitation from 4pm - 5:30pm at Carnes Funeral Home. Services will be from 5:30pm - 6:30 pm and will be followed with a Celebration of Life fellowship at the Stevens home at 430 28th Street San Leon, Texas. In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be made in Brad Stevens name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital (262 Danny Thomas Pl Memphis, TN 38105) or World Vision International (P.O.
