Calvin O'neal Obituary (1950 - 2024)

Calvin James O'Neal was born in Houston, Texas, to the late Alonzo "Tuper" O'Neal and Alma Delories O'Neal. He received his education at Blackshear Elementary Shool, Ryan Junior High School and graduated from Jack Yate High School. All located in Houston, Harris County, Texas. After graduating from high school, he attended the University of Houston for 2 years, where he studied music. He was an outstanding saxophonist. Calvin accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Independence Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, Texas. In later years he moved his membership. Calvin was a very energetic person. He could beat anybody shooting pool and playing ping pong. Calvin leaves to cherish his memories Willie Ervin O'Neal (brother), Ila Larue O'Neal (sister), Denise Ann O'Neal Pitre (sister), and Garry Eugene O'Neal (brother). A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
