July 28, 2022, Cheryl Moon was reunited with her mother, father, brothers, and son in heaven. She always believed that they would be waiting at the pearly gates to walk with her hand in hand. \r\n\r\nCheryl was kind and generous to everyone who encountered her, no one left as a stranger. She was often trying to feed every one of the friends her children brought home. She loved to laugh and had some of the best stories to tell. Cheryl was always the rock when you needed one, seeming to always have the right answers and plans. \r\n\r\nShe loved to take a spontaneous trip but loved cruising the most and would often just take a spur of the moment whirlwind trips to places like Disney World or Jamaica creating many wonderful memories with family and friends. Cheryl loved spending time with her husband, daughters and grandchildren often taking camping trips to the lake or taking them to theme parks like Six Flags or to Great Wolf Lodge. Cheryl also loved having poker and game nights at her house often making food to feed small armies. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her but would remind us all she is always with us in our hearts and minds.\r\n\r\nCheryl was preceded in death by her father, Harold James Berry; mother, Wilma Joyce Berry; brothers, David Randall Berry and Hulen Berry; and son, Ashton Moon. \r\n\r\nCheryl is survived by her husband, Johnny; daughters, Stefani Heimbuck, Madisyn Carter and Victoria Moon; sons-in-law, Chris Heimbuck and Colby Carter; grandchildren, Serenity Heimbuck, Xander Heimbuck, and Landon Carter; brothers, David Berry, Phillip Berry, Richard Bennett and many extended family members and friends who loved and cherished her.
