It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Debra Ann (Davis) Brennan, a loving and devoted wife, mother and friend to all whose lives she touched. She went to with the Lord, her savior; on June 27th, 2020.
After a long battle with lung disease, she left us while sleeping peacefully at her residence in San Leon, Texas. She was 60 years young.
Debi was born on April 15th, 1960 to Harvey Allen Davis Jr. (Dave) and Helen Jeannine Williams in Pasadena, Texas. Preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 44 years, Timothy Michael Brennan; her children Melissa Ann & husband Ronald Frugia Jr., Michael Allen Brennan, Melinda Ava Carbajal and Matthew Aaron Brennan; along with her grandchildren Jacob Tyler Bean, Brandon Charles Bean, Tyler Sebastian Burchers, Emily Ava Boles, Avianna Haven Carbajal & Zach Ever Carbajal. Her Step Mother Brenda Davis; Brother, Sean Kitchens; Sister, Kelley & husband Paul Godwin; and Brother, Brett Davis along with countless aunts, uncles nieces and nephews.
It would be wrong to say that Debi lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined. When anyone else would have broken, Debi stayed strong. Through her, we know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean she lost her fight.
She enjoyed fishing and gardening with her husband, the love of her life. She was highly skilled in shrimp net knitting and sewing, among many other things. She most definitely was not afraid to get her hands dirty, in order to get any job done. She also had an amazing talent for painting, as well as baking beautiful cakes for her children's birthdays. Debi always loved a good storm and you could find her outside capturing amazing photos of lightening strikes or funnel clouds.
Debi lived a beautiful life full of love as a devoted wife, wonderful mother and proud grandmother. Her laughter was so contagious and her personality was big enough to light up the world. Most of all she loved her family and instilled in her children strong values that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in all of our hearts.
