Denzel Trey'von Jones was born February 24, 1993 in Webster, Texas the youngest of three children born to Patti Brown Jones and Timothy Jones Sr.\nHe received his education in La Marque Independent School District and graduated from LaMarque High School Class of 2011.\nAt an early age Denzel gave his life to Christ. He was baptized at Greater St. Matthews Baptist Church in Hitchcock, Texas by Pastor William L. Randall, Jr. He worked actively in the Youth Choir, Sunday School and Youth Usher Board. There is a joy in serving a true and living God and Denzel loved to worship. His Christian Journey continued at True Rock Gospel Church in Texas City under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Barbara Ruben. He served as a dedicated church usher and deacon.\nDenzel was diagnosed with Prader Willie syndrome at birth and was given 13 years to live but God granted him 11 extra years due to the dedication of his love for the Lord and with the support of his mother, family, friends and medical professionals he was able to prove physicians wrong. Denzel was active in his church. He was always vibrant and full of love for others. He loved the Lord with all his heart. He loved to play video games, to watch wrestling and play with his friends and his nephew "Biggie". He loved animals and loved to coach youth sports. He always wanted to help others in any way that he could. He was a fun-loving person and never complained. With all the aliments and hardships that was given to him he never complained, and he always sung the song I won't complain by Rev. Paul Jones. He is proceeded in death by his grandfathers, Booker T. Brown Sr, Newman J. McAfee and Johnnie Sellers; and aunt, Jewell Hatton.\nHe leaves his legacy and love in the hearts of his beloved mother Patti Jones Mason and daddy, Eddie Mason; his father, Timothy Jones Sr.; his devoted sister, Quyneshia Ruben and brother in law, Albert C. Ruben Jr.; his brother Timothy "Bootsy" Jones Jr and his wife Lauren Baker; his loving nephew, Albert "Biggie" Ruben III; his grandmothers, Melba "Doll" Brown and Lillian Sellers; his great aunt, Lillian Golbert; his aunts and uncles, Gwendolyn Evans and husband Vearly Sr., Senora Black and her companion, Larry, Rev. Booker T. Brown, Jr. and wife, Rose, Sandra Kelley and husband, Lealand, Bobby Jones and wife, Charmaine, Sherman Jones and wife, Betty, Cynthia Richardson and husband, Anthony; cousins, Carl Evans, Kesha Brown, Lloyd Jones, Prindreka Black Cole, Tywana Birdow, Tomeka McDaniel, Jerome Evans, Lealand Kelly Jr, Shelesa Tennon, Sedric Kelly, Derreck Kelly, Kelvin Jones, Booker T.
