Frank George DiNoto Obituary (1941 - 2023)

Frank G. DiNoto was born in the Bronx borough of New York City, NY on June 9, 1941 to Frank DiNoto Sr. and Adele Calabro DiNoto. He passed away on Monday, January 2, 2023 at the age of 81 years old. Frank was a longtime resident of The Woodlands, Texas where he retired from years of service as a Power-plant Developer and Multinational PMP(Power Management Professional) Entrepreneur. He loved all history including military history, fly fishing, boating of all kinds including antique boat restoration, making accurate historical models with grandchildren, as well as outdoor shooting and marksmanship. He most of all treasured family time with his children and grandchildren. He could often be found lingering at the dinner table hours after the meal was over, telling old stories, talking and laughing with his family as he recounted his life experiences and shared his broad range of knowledge to their delight. Frank was preceded in death by his parents. Frank is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Caroline Wilson Savage DiNoto; son, Edwin Robbins III and wife, Tina Robbins; daughter, Lori Ratcliffe and husband, Scott Ratcliffe; grandchildren, Noah Ratcliffe; Lindsey Ratcliffe; and Kate Robbins, all of Texas; and numerous other family members and friends.
