Hsing Chu "Judy" Chen Obituary (1940 - 2023)

Hsing Chu "Judy" Chen, 83, a longtime resident of Texas City, Texas passed away peacefully on October 25, 2023 in her Texas City home surrounded by family. Hsing Chu was borned in Tainan, Taiwan on March 5th, 1940 and immigrated to Texas City in 1978. She was a teacher, shop keeper / owner of Chen's Gifts and loving wife and mother. Hsing Chu is survived by her son, Kuan Ting "Ken" Chen and wife Chien Yi "Sherry" Chen of Spring Texas; grandchildren, Michelle Chen and Melissa Chen and husband Shih Tsung Chen of Texas City Texas.
