James Lynn Biggers
October 22, 1946 – December 1, 2024

James Lynn Biggers, was born in Center, TX on October 22, 1946. He went home to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at the age of 78 years in La Marque, TX.

James was a longtime resident of La Marque, TX (31 years at the same address). He and his wife, Lorraine, attended Resonate Church. James did a Telephone Ministries for many years (BETTER DAYS ARE COMING). He was very passionate in the Ministry for the Encouragement of Christians and to give the WORD OF GOD FOR SALVATION.
O’ Happy Day When Jesus Christ Washed All Our Sins Away.
James, was a very loving Christian Man of God.

John 14:1-6 Let not your heart be troubled: Ye believe in God, believe also in me. (2) In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. (3) And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. (4) And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. (5) Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? (6) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

James worked for the Galveston County Sheriff’s Department as a Detention Officer for about 7 years. He retired from the State of Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a Correction Officer in November of 2010 after 11 years and 5 months. He received honors and a letter of appreciation.

James is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Lorraine L. Biggers; step-daughter, Ladonna Haney; and many other family members and friends.
