Joseph Andre' Davis, Sr. Obituary (1981 - 2012)

Joseph Andre' "Bugga" Davis, Sr. was born June 29, 1981 in Galveston, TX to Joseph A. McCarty and Tammy A. Davis. He departed this life on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. He attended school in Hitchcock, La Marque and Texas City. After graduation he worked for the Chemical Plants and Dr. Pepper. He loved his children and working on cars. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jaidin Aleah Davis and his grandfathers, Herbert McCarty and William Davis. He is survived by his wife, LaKeisha Davis; his children, Joseph Andre' "Jo Jo" Davis, Jr., Lovie Diann Marie Davis, Jonisha Marie Davis, Maurice Andre' Davis, Deanna Triplett and Sabrina Davis; parents, Joseph A. McCarty (Mary) and Tammy Davis; grandparents, Theresa McCarty and Mary L. Davis; mother-in-law, Diann James; siblings, Deeneenia K. Davis Brooks (Chris), James A. McCarty, Leila Thomas, Joneisha McCarty, Breanna McCarty, Danielle McCarty, and Sirdon D. Lewis; special friends, Schultzy Scales and Cherika Littles and a host of other relatives and friends. A Public Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 18, 2012 beginning at 10:00 AM followed by A Life Celebration Service at 12:00 Noon. Both services will be held at Greater Macedonia Baptist Church 401 Third Avenue North, Texas City, TX 77591 and will be conducted by Pastor Robert E. Maxey.
