Kastur Shah Obituary (1944 - 2025) - Jersey Village, Texas

Kastur Prafulchandra Shah, aged 80, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2025. Born in Mumbai, India, Kastur lived a life full of love, dedication, and service to her family and community. She resided in Jersey Village, TX, where she was a beloved neighbor to many. Kastur loved being a part of the Kutchi community. She is survived by her son, Rahul Prafulchandra Shah, who will forever cherish her memory and the legacy she leaves behind. Kastur was known for her deep interest in travel, food and music. Her favorite form of travel was via cruise ships. Kastur traveled multiple times to South America. This includes a trip through the Panama Canal. She also loved her job. It was her second home. Known by her friends as “The Computer” she excelled at organizing orders and inventory under stressful conditions. She enjoyed her social life there and made many friends over the years.
