Kevin DeWayne Brown Obituary (2016)

Kevin Brown was born in Houston, TX on September 5, 1987. He went to be with our Heavenly Father on Monday, May 23, 2016. He is survived by his Father, Michael Brown Sr., Mother, Sandra Brown, Brother, Michael Brown, Jr., Son, Malakai Brown, Son, Kingston Johnson, Life Partner, Maria Jaramillo, Grandmother, Dorothy Brown, Aunts, Uncles, and cousins. Kevin was a great man. He loved deeply, and loved life. Growing up he was the class clown. You could hear him screaming up and down those hallways. He loved to ride his skateboard, fish, ski and play X-BOX. Kevin loved the Texan's Football Team. You could hear him screaming with every play. He loved his family, his friends and music. He Worshipped his boys, Kingston and Malakai. He loved his aunts, uncles, grandmother and cousins so very much. If you were hurting, Kevin also hurt. He was such a gentle soul. God created the best man in our eyes and blessed us with him. He was a simple man who found joy in just staying home surrounded by his family. Not a day, a second, or a minute will go by that our hearts won't feel the horrific pain of knowing our son is no longer here with us. Tomorrow is never promised. We go through life and take life for granted, never knowing that in the blink of any eye your loved one is gone. If only we could have known, if only we would have stayed home last weekend, if only, if only, if only.....Now we are left here to deal with the loss and pain, never hearing Kevin's voice again. Please hug someone today. Tell them you love them before it's too late. Kevin, until we see you again in Heaven, please keep your arms wrapped around us. A visitation will be held at Carnes Funeral Home in Texas City on Tuesday, May 31st, 2016 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. A Celebration of Life Funeral Service will follow starting at 6:00pm.
