Marta Partida

Marta Partida was born on September 18, 1937, to Pedro and Elida Garza. She entered eternal rest on May 24, 2026, in Texas City, Texas, surrounded by the love and presence of her family.

Marta was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roberto Partida Sr., as well as her siblings Balde Garza, Dora Rogers, her twin brother George Garza, Olivia Riojas, Emma Cabello, and Oscar Buenrostro. While her family deeply grieves her passing, they find comfort in knowing she has been joyfully reunited with those who went before her.

Marta leaves behind a beautiful legacy of love through her six children: Reynaldo Partida (Olga) of Texas City, Raul Partida (Odilia) of La Marque, Rose Ramirez (Wolf) of Texas City, Robert Partida Jr. (Betty) of Harlingen, Mary Gonzalez (Joe) of Texas City, and Rachel Rodriguez (Hector) of Harlingen.

She was also blessed with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members who brought immense joy to her life.

Marta is further survived by her loving siblings, Humberto Buenrostro of Texas City, Texas, and Maria Exinia of La Feria, Texas.

Marta worked as a home care provider for the elderly, a calling she truly loved. Caring for others came naturally to her, and she gave her time, compassion, and heart to those in need. Above all else, Marta treasured her family. Her home was always a place of warmth, comfort, laughter, and togetherness.

She leaves behind a legacy of faith, resilience, strength, and unconditional love that will continue to live on in the hearts of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Marta will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved her.
