Num-ouy Tongbai Perrino Obituary (1977

The sunrise on April 20, 1977, Num-ouy Tongbai Perrino was born in Houston, Texas to the parents of Dang and Samuel Perrino Sr. She's a graduate at M.B. Smiley High School Class of '95. Since a child, Num-ouy has always had a passion for helping people and putting others before herself. Num-ouy was a very loved person. She never complained about her situation. She fought to keep a smile on her face as well as others she encountered. Her presence will never be forgotten, yet truly missed. She carried a loving spirit that would bring a smile to your heart in the most broken situations. She was a strong person. Numouy had a way of using words. Her favorite phrase whenever she discovered something new was, 'Breaking News Y'all' now its God turn to tell us, 'Breaking News Y'all' Num-ouy is in the Lord's Hands now. Sometimes she would say, 'I am in traveling route.' Now God has Numouy in traveling route back home. She is in the hands of God now. Her presence will never be forgotten, but memories will always cycle in our hearts. On January 1, 2020, the sun finally set, and the world lost one of it's Angels. Num-ouy is survived by her brother Samuel E. Perrino Jr, Sister-in law Marlesha W. Carter, nephews Quincey McCall and Samuel E. Perrino III. Num-ouy brother's Mother in law is Darla Ford and Father in law Rod Ford and her good friends McKiney Lemons and Robert McGowen. Her new sister in christ, Paula Miller, as well as all the others, family and good friends not mentioned here she has left an unforgettable impression of encouragement and pure love that was unconditional. This isn't a day of mourning but a day of celebration of her life. As Num-ouy ascends into heaven, we regret to see you set, but now may you rest in peace as its time for the moon.
