Petra Perez Ortiz, 71, of Dickinson, Texas passed away peacefully in her sleep and went to be with the Lord. Born in Galveston, Texas on April 29, 1948. to Antonio P. Ortiz and Jose M. Ortiz (preceded in death). Loving mother to sons, John M. Rodriguez and Joseph O. Rodriguez. Attentive and endearing Grandmother to Cassandra L., Lauren C. father is John R., Antoinette E, and Anabela P. Rodriguez. Beloved sister to five younger brothers, Joe, Frank - preceded in death, Robert, Louis, and Jimmy Ortiz. Retired from ST. Mary's Hospital as a nurses aide, and then retired from UTMB. Her four-legged babies are Chica, Samantha, and Mandy miss their Momma very much.
