Riley Hayden Packer Obituary (1998 - 2021)

Riley Hayden Packer was born in Pasadena, Texas on June 9, 1998. He passed away on April 26, 2021 at the age of 22 years in Webster, Texas. Riley was a long-time resident of Groves, Texas, and where he called home. He was a graduate of Port Neches-Groves High School in 2016. Riley recently moved to the Houston area seeking a new life adventure. He worked at Landry's Seafood restaurant in Kemah while working on his ambitions of starting a career in the financial industry. Riley loved playing video games, listening to music, and hanging out with his family and friends. Riley is survived by his mother Allison James and Stepfather Jerry James of Seabrook, Texas; Stepfather: Lionel Becerra and wife Adriana Becerra of Groves, Texas; Brothers: Payton Packer and Ethan Becerra; Stepsisters: Kirsten James and Lauren James; Stepbrother: Angel Becerra, Grandmother: Kathleen Fitzgerald of Pasadena, Texas, Step-Grandmother: Joe Ann James of Port Neches, Texas; Aunt and Uncle: Eiranne and Brandon Armstead of Friendswood, Texas; Cousins: Christian Rios, Caleb and Cameron Armstead and many other members of the family. Biological Father: Jerry Packer and family; Sisters: Autumn Miller and Elyssah Packer. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm in the Chapel of Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591. Riley's Celebration of Life will follow at 6:00pm.
