Sharm Keeth Saldana Obituary (1954 - 2015)

Was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. He was a mechanic and painter for several years. He was employed with the City of Lake Charles in the Parks and Recreation Department until his health failed and he returned back to Texas City. He will be sadly missed and remembered for his playful jokes, joking around, and fun loving personality. He also loved the Dallas Cowboys. Sharm is preceded in death by his father, Jimmie Saldana, Sr.; mother, Odessa Rogers; One sister and two brothers. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife of over 20 years, Sylvia Saldana; three children, Jill, Jarvis and Sharm, Jr.; Step-son, Jimmy Ovalle; brothers, sisters, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. The family would like to thank Mainland Medical Center and their staff and doctors for their great care during Sharm's illness. Memorial Service will be hold on Saturday, February 7th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Carnes Funeral Home (exit 15), 3100 Gulf Freeway, Texas City, TX 77591
