Willis Tom Webb, III

–

Texas City, Texas

In Loving Memory of

Willis “Tom” Webb

June 2, 1967 – November 3, 2026

Willis Tom Webb, age 59, of Texas City, Texas, passed away on November 3, 2026, surrounded by the love and memories of those whose lives he touched.

Born on June 2, 1967, in Texas City, Texas, Tom spent his life in the community he called home. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. Above all, he was a man who believed in serving others, protecting those around him, and making connections with everyone he met.

Tom proudly served as a police officer for 23 years. Serving and protecting was more than just a career to him; it was something he truly loved and took great pride in. His dedication to his profession reflected the kind of man he was: someone who cared deeply about others and believed in making a difference.

Outside of his years in law enforcement, Tom enjoyed spending time at the gun range and, most importantly, making memories with the people he loved. He loved telling stories and could talk for hours. Tom never met a stranger. Whether he had known someone for years or had just met them, he could strike up a conversation with just about anybody willing to listen. His stories, his conversations, and his ability to make people feel welcome were part of what made him so special.

Tom had a love for Cajun culture and everything that came with it, especially the food. He loved to cook, and if you knew Tom, you probably knew he wasn't afraid to spend time in the kitchen. Food was one of the many ways he enjoyed bringing people together. He also loved spending time with Tara doing vendor markets. It was something they enjoyed doing together, meeting people, visiting with customers, and sharing what they had created.

Tom was a faithful man whose faith was an important part of his life. He loved his family deeply, and the time spent with his loved ones was what mattered most.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Tara Webb; his mother, Virginia Webb; his sister, Ramona Webb; his children, Brianne Louvierre, Corie Key, Ronnie Webb, Emily Trumbature, Kyleigh Webb, and John Trumbature; and his beloved grandchildren, Myles and Lainey, who brought him so much joy.

Tom's passing leaves a space in the hearts of his family and friends that can never be filled. His 23 years of service, his stories, his conversations, his faith, and all the memories made along the way will forever be remembered.

Though his watch on earth has ended, the lives he touched, the people he protected, and the memories he created will live on. He may be gone from our sight, but he will never be forgotten.

Rest easy, Tom. Your watch is over. You are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
